Gratitude - Send Prayers to Japan and Hawaii

Today, I start the day feeling humbled. Humbled on the largest scale possible. I woke up feeling blue about not being where I want to be in life, and the self pity spiral began. Then I saw the news about Japan and Hawaii - BIG 8.9 Earthquake /Tsunami - devastation, and I felt an immense weight of humility. Please send prayers to those in harms way right now. but ALSO feel gratitude for where you are and that you are living away from Mother Nature's wrath. How would my morning have been if I awoke to a 8.9 earthquake?!

We all have moments where we lose our trust in the Universe's support in our lives, but the quicker you can regain that trust, the better your days will flow.
